If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the rug you selected, simply call our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your rug. Purchases of rugs and carpets through our auctions (eBay, Yahoo, Amazon) and rugs and carpets purchased and shipped outside of Canada and the United States are final and are not subject to our 30-Day Return Policy. Ecarpetgallery recommends that only dealers and other parties highly experienced in buying and selling rugs or carpets, buy and sell rugs or carpets through our auctions or for international shipment.
